Delivery and Returns

Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver across mainland UK. If you require delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands or offshore locations, please contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery Timeframes:

As baths are large, fragile items, delivery times vary by supplier and stock availability. We aim for 2-7 working days for all items. 
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Delivery Process

-Deliveries are made Monday-Friday
-The courier will contact you to confirm your delivery window
-Someone 18+ must be present to receive the delivery and sign for the goods.
-Large items (baths) are delivered kerbside only unless our supplier offers room-of-choice delivery (we will confirm this after your order)

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed due to no one being available, redelivery fees may apply based on the couriers charges.

Inspecting Your Order

Please check all items upon delivery.

-If there is visible damage, sign as "damaged" and contact us within 48hours with photos.
-If the items is damaged but the packaging appeared fine, report this within 48hours of receiving the item.
This is required by our supplied and couriers for insurance purposes.

Pre-Order or Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated delivery date. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds Policy (JettaStone)

We follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)

For online orders, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day the goods are delivered.

To cancel within this period:
-Email us at support@jettastone.co.uk
-Include your order number and the items you wish to return

You then have 14 more days to return the items.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a full refund:
-Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.
-Items must be returned in their original packaging

Baths that have been installed or used cannot be refunded unless defective.

Items Excluded from Returns

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Custom-made or special order products
Products that have been installed
Clearance items marks as non-returnable

Return Delivery Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Due to the size and weight of baths, return freight may range from £70-£150+, depending on location and product.

We can arrange collection at the customer's request.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If an item arrive damaged or develops a fault

2. Provide your order number
3. Attach photos/videos of the issue

If confirmed faulty, we will arrange:
-A replacement
-A repair
-Or a refund
depending on the supplier's policy and the Consumers Right Act.

Refund Times

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3-7 working days via your original payment method.

Warranty Information

Most of our suppliers provide a 5-10 year warranty on baths.
